Recently Nigel has facilitated successful problem solving sessions and consulting interventions for a variety of organisations such as Reuters, Xerox, The British Red Cross, and The Courts Service on the following questions:
- How do we get our global disaster recovery sites up and running in impossible timescales? (We did it.)
- Do we really need a £160k sales coaching programme. (The answer was no).
- How do we implement the people plan for outsourcing our I.T.? (The answers involved motivational solutions.)
- Should we outsource our recruitment? (The answer was no - it would not have solved the problem.)
- How do we add more value as the product development team. (With a clear strategy.)
- How do we re-reorganise to meet the needs of the national market. (By getting everyone involved and bought in.)
Most of these sessions took one days consulting and one comment was:
"We have achieved more in this day than we have in the last six months!"
